Warranty

Our frames, forks, and seatposts come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects for the original owner.

Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Any frame, fork, or seatpost that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of BlackHeart Bike Company. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, wear and tear, crash or impact, lack of maintenance or other conditions judged by BlackHeart Bike Company to be abnormal, excessive, or improper. This warranty applies to the original owner only, so save your receipt.

Paint is not covered under this warranty.

BlackHeart Bike Company may make replacement frames or frame parts available at a minimal charge to the original owner in the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation. BlackHeart Bike Company does this in its sole discretion.

For all warranty or crash replacement transactions, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to get the frame and/or parts to and from BlackHeart Bike Company.

All third party parts are warranted by the third party manufacturer and are not the responsibility of BlackHeart Bike Company.
