Apparel

• Apparel can be exchanged or returned within 30 days – unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
• You must contact us at returns@blackheartbikeco.com to initiate a return.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Framesets/Bikes

• We want every customer to love their BlackHeart.
• New bikes can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, excluding custom painted bikes/forks.
• New bikes with custom painted frame will have $500 deducted from the purchase value.
• New bikes with custom painted fork will have $200 deducted from the purchase value.
• Return shipping, packaging, insurance, and any damage sustained in shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
