Returns
If you’re unhappy for any reason, we want to know about it.
Apparel
- Apparel can be exchanged or returned within 30 days – unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- You must contact us at returns@blackheartbikeco.com to initiate a return.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Framesets/Bikes
- We want every customer to love their BlackHeart.
- We offer our Perfect Fit program as a free 30 minute consultation to help ensure we get your size right the first time.
- For customers who complete our Perfect Fit program, new bikes and framesets with uncut steerer tubes can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in new / unused condition in the original box and/or packaging including, where applicable, tags, manuals, warranty documents, and other accessories.
- For customers who do not complete our Perfect Fit program, we will complete the program post-purchase and returns are at our discretion.
- Custom painted bikes will have $600 deducted from the refund.
- Custom painted forks will have $300 deducted from the refund.
- Returns must be initiated with us within thirty (30) days of delivery of the product(s) to you.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased through other channels such as BlackHeart dealers, third party retailers, and independent websites.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days after the return product has been received and inspected.
- BlackHeart reserves the right to, in its discretion, refuse a return if it does not meet the criteria within these terms and conditions.
- Return shipping, packaging, insurance, and any damage sustained in shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Truemed HSA/FSA Purchases
- Any purchase made through Truemed is covered by the same Return policy, minus a 3% fee that is retained by Truemed.
