We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner on our titanium and aluminum frames, titanium and carbon seatposts, and carbon forks and handlebars.

6066 is an aluminum alloy with magnesium, silicon, and manganese designed specifically for light weight, high stress applications. It is used is most high-end aluminum alloy bikes.

Wind tunnel testing has shown that the fastest bikes in the world require about 20 watts less power compared to an aerodynamic aluminum bike when riding at 45 kph / 28 mph.

The average speed of the 2026 Tour de France was 43 kph / 27 mph.

At 37 kph / 23 mph, a much more reasonable speed for the average cyclist, the difference drops to about 10 watts.

Aluminum bike frames are typically 1-2 lbs heavier than a carbon fiber bike frame.

However, carbon fiber bike frames are typically more expensive.

So, for the same price you can get an aluminum bike with an upgraded groupset and wheelset which is an equivalent weight compared to a carbon bike with a lower tier groupset and wheelset.

All of our frames are welded by hand, a requirement of using high end aluminum.

Cheap, 6061 aluminum frames are welded by machine and use thicker tubes that don't deliver the same ride quality.

Our headquarters is located in Truckee, California where we design, assemble, and ship all of our bikes.

We manufacture our frames, forks, and seatposts across multiple factories in Taiwan and China.

We know we know, Taiwan/China. But the truth is that the majority of bikes and components are made there because of their large-scale manufacturing expertise.

There are also many options for US-made titanium and aluminum bikes already in the market, but we wanted to provide a quality product at a price that is accessible to more people.

We do our best to work with US-based companies where we can. The folks at Wolf Tooth and King Cage are amazing and we truly value our partnerships with them.

Long term, our goal is to bring manufacturing in-house state side.

We have visited our factories in person, employ a local quality control specialist in Asia, and independently test our frames, forks, and seat posts to CPSC 1512 and ISO 4210 standards in Southern California to ensure they are built to the highest standards.
