HOW DID WE GET HERE?
In 2017, I invested my life savings to start this company concepting, designing, prototyping, and producing the perfect Allroad bike. One bike that can be ridden as a Road bike and a Gravel bike by simply swapping between two sets of wheels.
Over the past 4 years we've grown with intent, always ensuring there was a clear vision for progress and growth.
In 2021, demand outpaced supply for our flagship Allroad Titanium bike, and even with inventory shortages sales totaled over $180K and average monthly sales are up over 400%.
For 2022, we've introduced our mass-market Allroad Aluminum version, which promises to deliver the BlackHeart experience at half the price.
And we have plans to introduce an e-bike to enter the fastest growing segment of the bike market.
WHAT IS THIS RAISE FOR?
Bicycle manufacturing is heavily inventory dependent.
The majority of the funds will be used to secure a consistent supply of frames, forks, seatposts, groupsets, wheels, and other parts.
We'll also be scaling and hiring employees to meet our growing demand.
